  Chicken biryani is one of the most loved dishes in Pakistan. It is full of flavor, spicy, and perfect for family dinners. Today I am sharing an easy 5-step chicken biryani recipe that anyone can make at home. Ingredients: 1 kg chicken 2 cups basmati rice 2 onions (sliced) 2 tomatoes 1 cup yogurt 2 tbsp biryani masala Salt as needed Oil Step 1: Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Step 2: Fry onions in oil until golden brown. Step 3: Add chicken, tomatoes, yogurt, salt, and biryani masala. Cook until chicken is tender. Step 4: Boil rice until 70% cooked. Step 5: Layer rice and chicken masala in a pot. Cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 10–15 minutes. Your delicious homemade chicken biryani is ready to serve!
